<b>237.</b>—(1) The local authority by whom a licence under <i><a href="http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2000/en/act/pub/0030/sec0231.html#sec231">section 231</a></i> was granted may revoke it if the person to whom the licence is granted is convicted of an offence under this Part. (2) Proceedings for an offence under this Part may be brought by the local authority in whose area the offence is committed.
