(1)     The local authority shall make the APPLICATION, any accompanying documents, maps and drawings and any submission or observation made in relation to it, available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the local authority and such other places as it considers appropriate, for a period of 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the APPLICATION.

(2)     The local authority shall, on request, make a copy of the APPLICATION and accompanying documents available for purchase by any person on payment of a sum not exceeding the reasonable cost of making such a copy.
