New Regulations – Electronic Ticketing

Please be advised that the Health Act 1947 (Sections 31AB and 31AD) (Covid-19) (Operation of certain indoor premises) (Amendment) (No. 6) Regulations 2021 and the Health Act 1947 (Sections 31AB and 31AD) (Covid-19) (Operation of certain indoor premises) (Amendment) (No. 7) Regulations 2021 which give effect to the electronic ticketing requirements for nightclubs and live entertainment venues were signed last night by the Minister for Health which means that they are in full effect from today, Friday 29 October. The new Regulations also provide for orderly, managed and socially distant queues for the return to bar service and they will be published online, on Gov.ie (at https://www.gov.ie/en/collection/1f150-view-statutory-instruments-related-to-the-covid-19-pandemic/) – please find links below.
